Something I've always wanted to learn or try: I want to learn a second language personally. Professionally, I would like to learn how to have more confidence when speaking in public, selling and teaching people.

Why did you join the Rees Team?
I joined Rees because I liked the fact that people had been there a long time with not much turn around. That meant a lot to me when looking at the company.

Describe your work experience prior to your employment at Rees.
I had been working in Customer Service and Hotel Sales before I joined Rees. I worked with a variety of clients, universities and other large groups which has helped me clearly understand and assist with customer needs at Rees.  

How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
My role here at Rees has evolved over the last 12 years. I started out as strictly Customer Service and began helping out with sales operations when needed. Recently, I have transitioned into the Sales Operations Supervisor role.​

Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
My favorite memories at Rees are the Holiday parties and the cookouts at HQ. I enjoyed the times when we were all together.

What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with?
I have had many customers give positive feedback over the years but the one that stuck with me was a customer saying "your products played an important role in the early Ebola response of 2014-2016".

How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
I envision we will grow as a business with more innovation, improved software, and additional products. I believe that the changes will only enhance our growth and the customer experience.
