Something I've always wanted to learn or try: Quantum Physics & Computer Science.
Why did you join the Rees Team?
I've joined the Rees team because they told me "We are looking for IT's like you!" When I started working as a field technician I liked the independence, nobody "breathing down your neck" mentality, while believing you can "Get the job done" within the time frame. The position was appealing to me because I had over 10 years' experience working in the field while completing jobs successfully due to great execution and time management. Rees time moves fast and so do I!!
How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
Every year I've been promoted to a different tier as a Technician, Tech II, Tech III/Trainer and Site Service Manager.
Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
I've trained over 40 technicians within my 5-year tenure. During our last days of class, technicians told me "I don't want to be a good technician, I would love to be a great technician like you!!" It was gratifying to know I was able to pass on knowledge and motivate new technicians in reaching their goals with Rees.
What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with?
Rees receives positive feedback on our Cloud Environmental Software. I was told "it's simple to understand and convenient to access from anywhere using a cell phone, tablet or computer."
How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
Rees is the pioneer of this industry, this industry never existed without Rees. I foresee Rees taking the #1 spot in environmental monitoring with the help of investing in new innovation, software & monitoring equipment.
