Why did you join the Rees Team?
I worked for Rees in the past and recently was rehired. Before returning to Rees late last year, I was told about improvements to help the specialist role grow. I returned to Rees because these changes make it easier to complete the job.
How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
I have had the added duties of doing quality checks, installations and paperwork. Also, I am now involved in performing walk throughs with sales on new jobs and being a SME to help facilitate installs.
Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
My favorite memories from working at Rees revolve around the travel because I am able to see new places and things during my off time.
What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with?
I have received positive feedback from customers for just doing my job efficiently and to the best of my ability.
How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
I think the growth, innovation, and impact is there, we just need the correct path to elevate Rees to the next level. That includes people in the right places to get the job done and keeping everyone balanced in life and work to make this company better each year.
