Employee Spotlight Rollin Stapp

Position: Master Service Specialist

Years with Rees: 4 Years

Fun Fact: I enjoy working on classic cars and driving them. I currently have a 1972 Monte Carlo.

Something I’ve always wanted to learn: I have always wanted to learn how to use a paramotor.

Why did you join the Rees Team?
I joined Rees to be part of a strong team in the Southeast Region and to work with Mark Collier. The role is both fun and challenging, and it’s been rewarding to apply my experience while also seeing how the technology continues to evolve.

Describe any work experience or training you had prior to your employment at Rees.
Prior to Rees I worked in telecommunications for a decade, starting in installation and working my way to network design and management.

How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
Since joining I have enjoyed the chance to grow and take on more responsibility.

Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
One of my favorite memories is traveling to Landstuhl, Germany to do a System Validation there. Getting to see places in the world that most people do not, is always a plus.

What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with?
I consistently hear from customers about how easy the Rees system is to use and how flexible it is for their needs. I’m also excited about some of the updates we’re working on behind the scenes that will make it even better.

How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
The future of Rees is evolving right now. I believe it’s important that we grow with purpose, take our time, stay consistent, and make deliberate moves that support long-term success.
