Meet Tommy O’Donnell, our Vice President of Quality and Validation at Rees Scientific. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Tommy brings a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to the organization.

Before joining Rees, Tommy co-founded Azzur Group, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company to national recognition, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. A seasoned leader in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV), Tommy ensures Rees upholds the highest standards of regulatory compliance, data integrity, and quality assurance across all operations.

Outside of work, Tommy is passionate about innovation, leadership development, and building strong, high-performing teams, as well as spending quality time with his family.
