Military/Veteran Status: Before Rees, I served in the Airforce for 7 years as an Avionics Technician for F-15s.
Fun Fact: I love going to live rock music shows, especially smaller ones. I have stage dived at a show to experience it at least once.
Something I’ve always wanted to learn: There's a couple of things I wanted to learn again that I lost to time. I have tried picking up learning piano and speaking Korean again.
Why did you join the Rees Team?
It was a new system and technology I was excited to learn about. I found many parallels to my previous job in the Airforce. Especially like the troubleshooting side of the job, I find that the most fun.
Describe any work experience or training you had prior to your employment at Rees.
My work experience and general understanding of electronic principles has greatly helped me in my time with Rees. Even my experience with documentation has helped me within this field.
Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
My favorite memory is when we did a training and gathering in Maryland. I had a good to time getting to interact with the other techs in the field and from other regions.
What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with?
I get the general feel that the customer does like our products, but I have received the most positive feedback when it comes to our services out in the field. Customer's praise our responsiveness and our professionalism. They really appreciate that we understand their needs and find solutions for those needs.
How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
I envision seeing this company grow by expanding its customers and really strengthening those relationships. I'm also excited to see the new technology, like ReesHelix, and how customers will embrace this in the future.
