Something I’ve always wanted to learn: I have always wanted to visit a Rees site and see the system and equipment in use.

Why did you join the Rees Team?
I started with a Temp Agency that thought my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & background with Customer Service would be beneficial to Rees.

Describe your work experience prior to your employment at Rees.
Being an underwriter for a mortgage company for 6 years helped me gain the confidence and increase my organizational skills that are needed to be an efficient Project Coordinator.

How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
I was incredibly fortunate to start in the Southeast region as a PC and learned so much from my RSMs and technicians. Thank you, Mark Collier, Anthony McCormack & Andy Baker for being with me from the beginning! I have a total of 5 regions now and I continue to learn and grow with all of them. I wouldn't change a thing! You guys and gals are the best!!

Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
All of my favorite memories start and end with the PC department and my regions. We all work and support each other as one team, both in the office and remotely. We have the pleasure to work with all of the departments within Rees and see all aspects of projects from beginning to end. We also have developed personal relationships that not only have a positive impact on the company but all of our personal lives. Much love and respect to my mentor, Krista Robertson, who helped train me from the start and everyone else I speak with every day.

What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with? 
The feedback I receive from customers is how happy they are to use the Rees system & appreciate the communication from the PCs, RSMs, Technicians & Sales team.

How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
I would like to see Rees expand using the longstanding relationships with existing customers and have that grow into more exciting new ventures.
