Something I’ve always wanted to learn or try: Wood carving and sculpture. I’m drawn to the craftsmanship and patience it takes.
Why did you join the Rees Team?
I enjoyed working as a travel technician, seeing new places, and meeting new people. Rees offered strong work environments and stability during the pandemic, which made the role a great fit.
Describe any work experience or training you had prior to your employment at Rees and how it has helped your current role.
My years as a travel technician prepared me well for validation. I built strong customer relationships and a focus on getting the details right, which I use every day in this role.
How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
I’ve learned to elevate the customer experience, set clear expectations, and anticipate needs.
Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
I really enjoy the holiday dinner. It’s a great chance to connect with colleagues and get to know the team better.
What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with? What did the customers have to say about those products or services?
Customers consistently highlight reliability. The Rees Monitoring System delivers dependable performance with real-time alerts. Our service team backs that up with quick response and clear documentation. I aim to be the reliable link between both. I leave concise notes, confirm next steps before I go, and follow up after complex work to make sure nothing is left open. If something needs extra attention, I coordinate with support and stay with it until it’s resolved.
