Fun Fact: My favorite hobby is reading and my favorite pastime is exploring new towns, finding quaint coffee shops, and/or amazing restaurants.

Something I’ve always wanted to learn or try: I’d like to see how our product is actually used at the customer’s site, to understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we can improve their experience with both the product and our team.

Why did you join the Rees Team?

I joined Rees Scientific because I really enjoy project management and working closely with clients. I like being part of the process, helping them stay on track, complete tasks, and hit milestones before we install our systems. What really excited me about the job was knowing that what we do supports important scientific research. It feels good to know that the work I’m part of makes a real difference.

Describe any work experience or training you had prior to your employment at Rees and how it has helped your current role.

At Incent One, we sold reward packages to businesses for their employees, which required truly listening to and understanding each customer’s needs and systems to build the right program, a skill that now helps me support clients during our pre-install meetings.

How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?

My role at Rees Scientific has evolved a lot since I started. I began working solely on cloud systems, but over time I’ve expanded my skills and now coordinate on-prem installations as well. It’s given me a broader understanding of our systems and allowed me to take on more responsibility in managing different types of projects.

Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.

I loved participating in the “Bring Your Kid to Work” event. It was a fun, hands-on way to teach the kids the basics of project management using Legos!

What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with? What did the customers have to say about those products or services?

The accessibility of Cloud systems. Customers love being able to check their systems from anywhere and at any time.
