Phil Alfieri

Phil Alfieri serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Rees Scientific, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy and execution across global markets. In this role, he is focused on strengthening sales fundamentals, expanding into new customer segments, and scaling repeatable growth engines that support long-term, profitable growth.

Phil brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading commercial organizations in the monitoring, instrumentation, and regulated life sciences markets. Most recently, he served as Vice President at Process Sensing Technologies (PST), where he led sales, service, marketing, and distribution across the Americas and helped build and scale the company’s global Monitoring division. This included leadership responsibility across platforms such as Rotronic, SensoScientific, and Isensix, supporting regulated customers with environmental monitoring, compliance, and validation-driven solutions. During his tenure, Phil played a key role in scaling the business within a private equity environment, integrating multiple acquisitions, and expanding PST’s monitoring footprint globally.

Known for his practical, execution-oriented approach, Phil emphasizes sales fundamentals, customer trust, and disciplined go-to-market strategies. He has extensive experience working with highly regulated customers across pharma, biotech, and life sciences, and is focused on helping teams win new customers while expanding and deepening existing relationships.

Phil holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and an Associate Degree in Photonics Engineering from Niagara College. At Rees Scientific, he works closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, improve pipeline quality, and support customers across the full lifecycle of their monitoring programs.
