Shimpy Sanan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Rees Scientific, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience across global organizations. She has held senior roles at companies including AmSpec, Hess Corporation, Google/DoubleClick, and MediaMind, where she led strategic financial transformations, implemented enterprise financial systems, and enhanced operational efficiency across multiple international regions.

Her expertise spans Consolidations and Reporting, GAAP Compliance, Global Taxation, Financial Budgeting and Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Restructuring, along with hands-on experience implementing platforms such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft X3 to strengthen reporting and compliance.

Shimpy holds an MBA from Columbia University, a BBA in Accounting from the Zicklin School of Business, and a BS in Finance from Delhi University. At Rees Scientific, she oversees all aspects of accounting, financial strategy, and HR operations, supporting the company’s continued growth and focus on internal excellence.
