Why did you join the Rees Team?
I joined the Rees team because I was interested in exploring a new line of work and expanding my skill set. The opportunity to learn something new and broaden my professional experience was especially appealing to me.
Describe any work experience or training you had prior to your employment at Rees.
Prior to joining Rees, I worked as a Field Service Technician for over 10 years. That experience helped me become highly adaptable in working with a wide range of customers, understanding different personalities, and responding effectively to evolving customer needs and changing industry standards.
How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
Since joining Rees, my role has continued to evolve as I’ve taken on additional responsibilities. I’ve served as the lead technician on several large installations and have also assisted in training and supporting other technicians on the team.
Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
My favorite memory at Rees was the training trip to Ohio. It gave me the opportunity to meet technicians from different regions, learn from their perspectives and experiences, and gain a broader understanding of the role. It was especially interesting to see both the similarities and differences in the day-to-day experiences of Rees technicians across various areas.
What are some of the Rees products or services that have received positive feedback from the customers you interact with?
I've received positive feedback from customers regarding the new Helix GUI layout based on demonstrations they've seen, particularly in terms of usability and overall presentation.
