Fun Fact: In my free time I like to read and take coding courses.

Something I’ve always wanted to learn: Personally, I want to develop my own app.

Why did you join the Rees Team?
I joined the Rees Team to expand my knowledge on electronic assembling. The position was appealing because of the flex time offered.

Describe any work experience or training you had prior to your employment at Rees.
In the military, teamwork was heavily relied on. On the assembly line, we are constantly sharing knowledge on how to get the job done faster and more proficient.

How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
I moved up from Basic Electronic Assembler to Lead Assembler so I now have more administrative tasks.

Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
My favorite memory at Rees was our Assembly Manager, Sam Jefferson, beating Rees Engineer, Jacob Coughlan, in a foot race.

How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
I could see Rees doing great things if they continue to work on their communication with employees of all levels and positions.
