Meet Maureen Titus

Position: Field Service Asset Supervisor

Years with Rees: 1 Year

Fun Fact: I'm a big animal advocate. I'm regularly sharing posts to help find animals homes from different shelters (I have helped find over 50 pets new homes), active with fund raisers, and dropping off donations to shelters around my area. I'm visiting my first wolf sanctuary soon, which has been on my bucket list for the longest time.

Something I’ve always wanted to learn: I'd like to learn sign language. I know some basic signs but would love to hold a conversation.

Why did you join the Rees Team?
The position I was hired for sounded like a new challenge and every day would be different from the day before.

Describe your work experience prior to your employment at Rees.
In my role you have to be extremely organized, able to multitask, have an eye for detail, and identify solutions to make the department run more efficiently. My previous job experiences such as working in the Quality Department for a hospital, a mortgage company that provided 24 hour turn arounds, and an oil company that serviced well over 100,000 customers on the east coast gave me the skills that got me to where I am today.

How has your role evolved since you joined Rees?
I started out as a temp in Project Coordination, and within a month I was hired as a full-time employee with Rees. I was later promoted to my current position now as a Field Service Asset Supervisor where I assist the entire Service Department.

Tell us about a favorite memory from working at Rees.
I really enjoyed attending regional training to meet some of the service members that I usually only get to speak to on the phone or via email. It was eye opening to hear and learn about what they face every day in the field.

How do you envision the future of Rees in terms of growth, innovation and impact?
Rees has a lot of great leaders who bring a ton of experience to keep us moving forward. I've seen a lot of growth in this past year alone, and excited to see where we are at a year from now. It's a total "We" movement that will keep this company moving in the right direction straight to the top by working together every step of the way as one team.
